Lord Excalaibur forges Excalibur in three steps: two hand-ins of materials, then a fee for the forge. It's a goal for levels 60–150: every material drops from monsters you meet while leveling. Talk to him at any time for a checklist showing what you have, what you still need, and where each material drops.
