What they are
Sixteen limited-edition Halloween costumes of the gear in the Sanctum of Relics. They exist only for this Halloween: when the veil closes on November 7 no more are made, ever. Next Halloween brings new ones, never these again.
They are costumes: they change how you look and carry no stats. Every relic is tradable, so if luck passes you by you can still buy one from a player who found it.

How to get one
They are meant to be rare.

Siege, boss and finale rolls follow the siege's own rules: you must be on one of the three siege fields, playing (not on Auto Attack and not idle), and each siege pays an account and a computer once. A relic that doesn't fit in your bag comes by mail. Every relic found is announced on the #livefeed channel.
The Sealed Veil Relic and everything inside it can be traded, so a crate can change hands unopened.
