An aura is the glowing effect around your character. On XileRO every aura you earn goes into your collection and stays there forever — you pick which one shows (or none) at the Aura Keeper.
Where to earn auras

Equip aura wings once and the aura is yours for good. Taking them off doesn't remove the aura — you choose what shows at the Aura Keeper.
When you earn a new aura you'll see "[Aura] You learned …!". If you weren't wearing one, you start wearing it straight away; otherwise your current aura stays.
The Aura Keeper
Find the Aura Keeper in the Mall (@mall). Talk to them to:
- see how many auras you've collected,
- wear any aura in your collection,
- wear any aura you're renting, with the time it has left,
- remove your aura (your collection stays safe),
- wear the VIP Aura while your VIP is active.
Rent an aura — Aura Totems
32 more auras are rented, not collected. Buy an Aura Totem from Premium Rental Auras next to the Aura Keeper in the Mall — 100,000,000 zeny each — and use it:
- you wear that aura straight away, for 7 days,
- using another totem of the same aura adds 7 more days,
- when the time runs out, the aura you wore before comes back.
Totems are tradeable, so you can buy them for friends or sell them on.
Temporary auras
- VIP Aura — shows while VIP is active, if you aren't wearing another aura (or you picked the VIP Aura). When VIP ends you go back to your chosen aura. It's never added to your collection. (VIP Status)
- Newcomer Aura — a brand-new character's first 30 days, while no aura is chosen.
Can't see auras?
@show_auras 0 shows everyone's auras, 1 only yours, 2 none.
