Overview
The Royal Treasury is a server-wide pot of zeny that everyone fills together. A small tax on trade flows into it, and when it overflows the whole server celebrates with a Golden Hour — bonus EXP and drops for everyone — while the Royal Market is restocked with fresh goods.

Where zeny comes from now
- Monsters drop zeny again. Every kill drops a little zeny that scales with the monster's level — a steady trickle as you level, on top of the loot you sell. (MVPs don't drop zeny — they already give huge EXP and rare loot.)
Where the taxes go
Two small taxes feed the Treasury — and that's the only place they go:
- Selling loot to a shop: a 10% tax (small sales under 100,000z are exempt, so early-game selling is untouched).
- Vending to other players: the standard 10% vending tax.
Every coin taxed is a coin toward the next Golden Hour — so spending and trading literally bring the next server-wide party closer.
The Royal Market
The Steward opens the Royal Market, stocked in limited daily quantities — once an item sells out, it's gone until the next restock. Two stalls:

Stock is shared across the whole server and restocks every midnight — and again instantly whenever a Golden Hour fires. Get there early.
Golden Hour
When the Treasury overflows past its target, a Golden Hour begins:
- +50% EXP and +100% drop rate for everyone online, for 30 minutes.
- The Royal Market is restocked on the spot.
- A server-wide announcement (and a ping in Discord) calls everyone in.
Log in during a Golden Hour and you'll get the remaining bonus automatically.
Tips
- The Royal Market is the best zeny sink in the game — spending there helps the whole server toward the next Golden Hour, so it pays the realm back.
- Watch the Steward's progress bar (or Discord) to time your grind for when a Golden Hour is about to hit.
- Limited stock means the Forge is the place to grab refine materials in bulk — but you're competing with the whole server, so don't wait.
