Overview
The spirits are back. Jack O'Lantern Spirits pop up all over Prontera and Niflheim and hand out Halloween Candy to the first player who clicks them (or a trick, if they are in a bad mood). The undead in the Halloween dungeon drop candy too, and the four Halloween monsters roaming Niflheim carry the Halloween Special Gift, a loot box whose rarest prizes this year are two pieces of the Asta set. Spend your candy at the Halloween Event Shop. The other two Asta pieces, the head and the half cape, are Premium Gashapon prizes.
Step 1 - Collect Halloween Candy

The Jack O'Lanterns only serve the first click. Watch the announcements and move fast. AFK farming the dungeon is covered by the AFK limiter like any other map.
Step 2 - The Halloween Special Gift
Four Halloween monsters - Halloween YoYo, Halloween Celine Kimi, Halloween Hylozoist and Halloween Marionette - spawn in Niflheim, Niflheim Field 1 and Niflheim Field 2 (one of each per map, respawning every 30 to 60 minutes). Each can drop the 
Halloween Special Gift (31561) along with Old Violet Boxes, Old Card Albums, Blood Thirst, Aevir Oil, Ethereal Dyestuff and Skull Coins. Every kill is posted to the #events channel.
Since October 15 each of the four Halloween monsters also drops a 
Bloody Coin (7642) every time it dies.
Open the gift for one roll on this table. The gift expires on November 30, 2026 (after that it turns into a Stone).

The two Asta pieces are the rarest prizes in the box, and the server announces every one that drops.
Step 3 - Halloween Event Shop
The shop in the Christmas house (@warp xmas_in 163 111) trades candy, Golden Event Apples, Mithril Coins and the two Halloween treats for costume replicas of past Halloween headgears, plus Skull Coins, Gashapon Premium Coins and the treats themselves. One item per trade; no zeny involved.
New in October 2026: nineteen of this month's costumes joined the shop: the black Spartan set, four Nichirin blades, the Hiei, Yusuke and Saitama pieces, the Rose Whip and the [C] Monarch Shoulder. The Monarch Shoulder also asks for 100 Skull Coins.

More Halloween costumes: every Devil Square clear has a 10% chance at one of 14 costumes, among them the Bat Sacks, the Halloween Candy Pouch, the Dark Pumpkin Hat and the Crows.
Important Notes
- The event switches itself on at midnight on October 20 and off after November 30; outside those dates the Jack O'Lanterns tell you to come back later. A GM can pause it.
- October 31 is peak night: double candy from 18:00 to midnight and a GM hide-and-seek. Watch Discord for the windows.
- The event now runs until November 30, the same day the Halloween Special Gift expires. Spend your candy and open your gifts before then.
- Candy drop rates in the dungeon are the November 2025 values (1% and 3%), not the launch values of last year.
