Another Year, Another Anniversary Update!

It has now been almost six years since XileRO Retro was brought back online in June/July 2020 by Marky, Mitsune, and Mambow. What began as a way to bring the community together during the lockdown has continued for another year, filled with memories, friendships, competition, and nostalgia. To celebrate XileRO Retro’s 6 years anniversary, this update will also include a few small anniversary quests and rewards for everyone to enjoy.

Nearly six years ago, during the COVID-19 lockdown, Marky, Mambow, and Mitsune brought XileRO Retro online. Their goal was to revive the classic XileRO experience, give players a place to reconnect, and bring back the nostalgia that many of us grew up with.

To celebrate XileRO Retro’s 6th anniversary, this update will include a few small anniversary quests and rewards for everyone to enjoy.

This month’s update will be a little smaller than usual, as work and family responsibilities left me feeling burned out and unable to dedicate enough time to preparing a larger release. Even so, I still wanted to put together something special to celebrate this milestone with the community.

Congratulations to Gantz for winning the June Guild of the Month! The cash prize has already been sent to the Guild Leader, and the 24 costume rewards will be delivered after the update goes live.

Thank you to everyone who continues to play, support the server, and help keep the XileRO Retro community alive. Six years would not have been possible without all of you.
