[Update Log] - Server Patch Notes August Update

  1. Macro Checker Updated Improved the macro detection system to better catch AFK or automated activity.

  2. Emperium Breaker Debuff Players entering the Emperium Breaker map will now receive a debuff to improve competitive balance.

  3. Packet Filter Added A new packet filtering feature was added to help reduce lag during WoE. You can configure your settings using @pfsetup.

  4. Champion Skill Adjustments Skill delay and after-cast cooldowns adjusted for:

  • Body Relocation / Snap
  • Occult Impaction / Investigate (now requires 2 Spirit Spheres)
  • Throw Spirit Sphere / Finger Offensive
  1. Gunslinger Skill Adjustments After-cast delay and cooldown adjusted for:
  • Tracking
  • Piercing Shot
  • Rapid Shower
  • Desperado

  1. New Items Added New items have been added in preparation for upcoming content and quests.

  2. Global Item Drop System (Source Modification) A new mapflag has been added that enables item drops from all mobs on all maps using a single line of code. This will simplify future quest development without needing to modify individual mob IDs or drops.

  3. Map-Specific Mob Drop System (Source Modification) Now possible to assign specific item drops to mobs only on specific maps, allowing more flexibility for event and quest design.

  4. Skill Damage Reduction System for WoE (Testing Phase) New source edit allows skill damage reduction inside WoE and PvP maps without changing global skill damage formulas. Currently applying 30% damage reduction for the following skills inside GvG and PvP:

  • Investigate / Occult Impaction
  • Asura Strike / Extremity Fist
  • Finger Offensive This system is in testing and feedback is welcome.

  1. U Weapon & E Card Recycle System Available in the premium room near the Premium Gashapon NPC.

  2. Seasonal Quest Update Fairy Wings Quest is now updated for August and September.

  3. Endless Tower Update The Lost Soul NPC now appears on Floor 20, Floor 40, and the final floor. This supports the Crimson Bandage (Item ID 19231), Indigo Bandage (Item ID 19232), and Vindicated Wings (Item ID 20180) quests.

  4. Tui La Flying Wings Quest Optimization The quest at @warp amatsu,280,25 now uses the optimized map-specific drop system from #8 to reduce memory usage and avoid NPC script queue conflicts.

  1. Skill Usage and Spam Logging System Backend system added to track player skill usage frequency and damage output. This provides analytics to help with class balancing and also assists in detecting third-party tools like RPE or cheat software that bypass delay or automate skill spam.
